IT- Manager (m/f/d) (Senior)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ongoing development of our IT infrastructure 
  • Collaboration in the field of strategic process optimisation with a view to our firm's digitalisation and innovation projects 
  • Regular implementation of system updates and security checks 
  • Planning, development, and maintenance of the local networks in order to optimise the performance 
  • Implementation and expansion of the internal management software for accountancy and tax services 
  • Administrative support to our employees on technical matters 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education in the field of business informatics/corporate IT or similar education within the IT sector 
  • (At least 3 years') professional experience in the field of IT management 
  • Expertise and knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (Windows), standard application programmes (Microsoft 365), knowledge of the management software for accountancy and tax services “Profis” is appreciated 
  • Practical experience in the area of implementation, configuration and testing of solutions 
  • Very good language skills in spoken and written German and Italian; knowledge of English is appreciated 
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Elevated level of motivation and resilience, confident appearance and clear understanding of and focus on service, strong team-working skills required
