Hager & Partners commits to make its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004. This accessibility statement applies to the website "hager-partners.it"
State of conformity
Partially compliant: This website partially complies with the technical requirements established by the current legislation on digital accessibility. This means that significant efforts have been made to make the site accessible to a wide audience, but still some features and contents may not be fully accessible to all users.
The site is constantly evolving, and some content may temporarily have reduced accessibility levels or may not be accessible.
Not accessible contents
The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons of non-compliance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004:
- There are no features to pass directly to the content (Skip link)
- Some frame or iframe elements don't have a title
- The contrast between the colour of the text and the background does not always have a sufficient ratio
- The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required, except for cases provided for by law (e.g. logos)
- It is not possible to edit and/or disable animations
- Some Screen Readers may not work properly
- Some touch targets are not big enough or don't have enough space
- Some non-viewable content may be not considered by Disability Technologies
- Some links and non-text content presented to the user do not have a proper text alternative
- Some interactive elements do not indicate their purpose and status
- In some cases, no labels or instructions are provided when the content requires user input
- Some videos do not have subtitles or audio descriptions and sign language.
No accessible alternatives are currently prepared as we undertake to apply specific actions for the resolution of the non-conformities found; the new interventions will be developed in compliance with the WCAG 2.2 directives.
